General Terms and Conditions
There's a one time minimum order spend applicable for first order and account set up. This doesn't apply for subsequent orders.
Depending on your location we use the most reliable and cost effective service. Shipping cost is not included in product pricing and will be calculated and applied to your final invoice.
Out of stock items will be placed on back order and shipped as soon as available. If you place an order that contains both backorder and in-stock items, the order will be slip to ship in-stock items first unless advised otherwise. Freight will apply to each shipment.
Any claim of faults, damages must be made within 5 days of receiving goods.
Oon products can not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces such as but not limited to eBay, Etsy etc.
Oon cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
As all Oon products are handmade or natural products, some variation should be expected. This is an inherent characteristic of these products and something we love about them. Some examples of this include, but are not limited to-variation in dye, tightness of weaving, tying of threads, knitting. These are not considered faults.
When you place an order with Oon you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended, you will be notified and they will be effective immediately.
