After the popularity of our 'marble' rug, we had to create 'terrazzo'. This has been over 12 months of trial and error to create the 'terrazzo' via felting and 'Terrazzo rug' is what we have come up with. It is fun and striking in appearance and will find itself fitting in many different rooms and spaces; take it to a living room, a teenager's room, your office or any space that needs a 'mood lift'. Terrazzo also carries all the qualities of a good rug, less pilling, suitable for a high traffic area, antistatic and more. Moreover, BTS we have worked hard to bring this level of quality to our felt rugs. It is plush thanks to a generous serving of wool. It pills significantly less than other wool rugs or very few of available felt rugs for that matter. Creating a felt rug is a labour intense process which is why most are thin (less wool) and often wobbly (as it's technically and physically challenging to felt a larger area). 'Terrazzo' is both fashion forward and artisanal, synonymous to Oon. Custom size is also available.
